Breakfast in Bed, Happy Halloween

This weekend Elena brough Jake breakfast in bed. Evidently she has him on a high fiber diet of wooden cucumbers. She made us cappachinos and toast 'met boter and Nana sprinkles' (cinnamon and sugar). Following our breakfast in bed, we had breakfast at the table of our traditional Sunday morning corncakes. However, this Sunday morning was a little spoiled by the painful play by play of Texas v. K State.


We also 'celebrated' Halloween as Elena discovered her cozy terry cloth piglet costume from Gram and spent a good deal of time looking at her reflection in the oven-from-hell and tugging on her ears.
