Jake's bike now has an Elena seat. Due to 'the mules' as we call his saddle bags, he opted for the front seat. Complete with windshield (not shown due to balmy weather). Elena will actually wear her mittens (woten) because handle bars are cold and she likes to touch the bell.

As an aside, this afternoon (with out a camera) I saw the mini-van of bike families. Picture this...a woman with a preschooler on the rear bike seat, a toddler in a front bike seat (this is fairly common), and zipped into her jacket, a newborn in a Baby Bjorn!
