Lazy Sundays

One nice thing about Holland, everything is closed on Sunday. Well, pretty much everything. So you can't 'run errands.' And errands suck up so much time, both here and in the US. Today, we pretty much stayed close to home, but went for a visit to the animal petting park (the petting part was closed, but we checked them out through the fence.) Then we headed to the park next to Ukkie to feed the ducks. There are also geese in the park, when Jake was transitioning Elena last week, they went to the park the with other kids. The child 'chatter' as translated to Jake by Lara was all about the geese, where were they, had anyone seen them yet? Evidently the park geese are not 'Petuna' nice. Boris ran up and yelled at them, 'I don't like you!' shaking his finger. On the way back, the children were saying, 'Geese who ask for bread get nothing!' So we stuck to the ducks....
