Bauknecht Baking

Well, we've done it. Our "oven" is still really a microwave, and knee high to a short Dutch Garden Gnome, but our test "particle" brownie mix (which baked in a paper baking pan about the size of a fast food hamburger container) baked to perfection in the advertised time in the Bauknecht. While the volume may be small, I think we can fit at least an 8x8 pan, and maybe a 9x9 (or whatever the metric equivalent pans are). We can now fill holes in our available goods for purchase with some baked favorites though anything large volume is out. I'm sure we are almost ready for the "large turkey" (which much actually be the Dutch name for some relative of the Cornish game hen) that the manual claims we can roast.
